Sample match
You're giving up the net too early Positioning
After a good lob from the other side you dropped back to the service line and stayed there. Holding your ground one step further forward would have turned about a third of those rallies back in your favour.
Your backhand volley is the shot to build on Strength
It won more points than any other shot in this match, mostly when aimed low at the feet of the player nearest the net.
This week's drill: bandeja to the corner Practice
Twenty balls per side. Aim deep to the side glass instead of the middle, and recover to the net after each one.
A short read, not a lecture
Three plain-language takeaways from your match: what's working, what's costing you points and what to practise next.
- Written about your own match
- A new drill each time
